We work with clients on a variety of issues, though our primary focus is LGBT and Disability related therapy. we offer a judgment-free space to communicate issues, and a motivational, solution-focused approach to positive change.

Susan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over five years of therapeutic experience. During her time at the Utah Pride Center and Alliance Counseling, she employed a solution-focused, shame-free approach to gender and sexuality, helping her clients navigate the complex issues that accompany membership in these communities. Susan continues this important work at Transcendent Mental Health, where she utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help her clients achieve goals and gain insight into self-defeating thoughts and behaviors.
